FAQs

How often should I wash my Dog?

The frequency of dog washing depends on factors like breed, activity level, and coat type. We recommend a schedule ranging from 2 – 4 weeks for active dogs, 4 - 6 weeks for long-haired coat dogs and every month for less active short-haired dogs.

When should my puppy come in for its first groom?

As soon as possible, it’s important for them to get used to the process from a young age so they learn to love the experience. We recommend that they come in two weeks after their last set of vaccinations.

How does the mobile dog wash service work?

We schedule an appointment at your convenience. Our trained groomer arrives at your location with a fully equipped mobile grooming van. Your dog is bathed, groomed, and pampered right in front of your home.

How long does it take to wash and treat my dog?

It can take anywhere from 1 – 2 hours depending on the services you have chosen.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through our website in 4 easy steps.

What services are included in a standard dog wash + dry?

Our standard dog wash includes a thorough bath, shampooing, conditioning & blow-drying.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments via Stripe.

What if I am not happy with the service my dog receives?

We encourage you to use our feedback section to let us know what you were and were not happy with within 2 business days and ask that you upload photos so that we can identify and resolve any issues reported.
